I have over 25 years of experience in the home construction/maintenance business. I have owned and operated rentals, single family homes, duplexes, and quadplexes. I have worked for a building material supply company, gaining lots of product knowledge along the way. I am not a real estate agent. I am not a contractor doing home inspections on the side for extra work or finding defects in your home and trying to get the repair work. In fact, that is illegal. I am not in the landscaping business or any other kind of business doing home inspections for extra money. I am a home inspector, period. It's what I do. I care about my clients and I do it right!
